Another option which I personally like is Bali, they cost about fifteen dollars on average per mini blind but with them you know exactly what you are getting. Sure this brand could cost 3 times more than the cheapest plastic mini blinds but the quality is noticeable from a mile away.

Labor day and Christmas sales are always big savers but most people don’t have enough patience to wait that long. Personally I would see how much money I could afford for my new vinyl mini blinds and take it from there. I would set a budget and then I’ll buy according to that budget. This might seem strict but we all have to make sacrifices and although I probably will have to settle for a generic brand and alternative color. I will however will be in my home with my newly purchased cheap mini blinds that will look great on my windows.
